Educational Qualification: The Candidates must have at least a second class Master Degree in Mathematics or Statistics or Economics from a recognized University.
Age Limit: The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01/01/2025.

- Must be an Indian citizen.
Residency
- Must be a permanent resident of Assam.
- Must provide a Permanent Resident Certificate issued in Assam for educational purposes or an Employment Exchange Registration Certificate as proof of residency.
Age Limit
- Age should not be less than 21 years and not more than 38 years as of 01-01-2025.
- Age relaxation is provided for reserved categories:
- 5 years for SC/ST candidates (up to 43 years).
- 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates (up to 41 years).
- 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) candidates (up to 48 years).
- Ex-servicemen relaxations as per government norms.
